Complimentary breakfasts and local food available. Well organised and delightfully helpful staff, free concierge service and wake up service. Quiet location just a pleasant stroll away from Temple of the Jade Mountain.  

This was a really really nice stay of sleepless night. The staff team was outstandingly accommodating. We liked the family room which was modern with balcony. It offered us particularly good and unbeatable location very close to the tours 

The room was quiet, and we were provided with a comfortable bed with good bedding and a nice balcony plus AC.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Location not far from the Old quarter of Hanoi and Ninh Binh and centre. Savoury breakfast with peanut butter and with fine food available.

The location of Hang My was excellent, within walking distance to the night markets and Lake Kiem. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony. The buffet breakfast included was a nice bonus. 

Staff, location, near the lake, there is where to eat and a quiet place. The possibility of early check.
